WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this high-impact role, you'll be a champion of continuous improvement and performance excellence across the sector. You will:

• Lead and maintain operational data sources, ensuring accuracy and alignment across the business.
• Analyse performance across sites, ensuring compliance, consistency, and sector-wide standardisation.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and lead cost-down initiatives with long-term, sustainable results.
• Visit operational sites, working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams to deliver savings, remove barriers, and mobilise resources.
• Utilise and promote First Choice tools and processes
• Build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, influencing and supporting key leaders within the business unit.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You'll be a natural problem-solver who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and energy to complex challenges. The ideal person will have:

• Previous operational excellence experience is essential in this role.
• Experience in project management or leading change initiatives is preferable
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills
• The ability to work proactively and manage your own workload with confidence
• A personality that is energetic, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about operational excellence
