What you'll be doing;
- Ensure maximum productivity through efficient execution of duties.
- Manage works order system for seamless operations between Veolia and clients.
- Maintain system compliance and optimize workflows.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client engagement and inquiries.
- Coordinate with technical teams for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Process requisitions and purchase orders, including capex orders.
- Manage supplier relationships and delivery schedules.
- Handle invoice processing, payment terms, and contract administration.
- Complete month-end checks and financial documentation.
- Provide administrative and project support to management team.
- Support depot welfare initiatives and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and assist with investigations.
What we're looking for;
Essential:
- Previous administration experience; payroll, procurement and invoicing experience is essential.
- The ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills at all levels is necessary.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Able to follow detailed processes to ensure accuracy of information.
- Proactive and diligent worker with a strong work ethics and excellent time management skills.
- IT Skills
Desirable:
- Experience of Google Suite & Workday.
- Echo experience
