Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Support Manager in the Integrated Community Services Division at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and working experience of working to deadlines / targets to provide support for the operational delivery of a portfolio of clinical specialties.37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Rheumatology service to support the wider team in the operational delivery and performance management of the service on national and local performance targets and objectives, and the development and improvement of its clinical and administrative processes.

This will include specific responsibility for certain aspects of performance, including but not exhaustively clinical correspondence, RTT 18 weeks, DM01 and other performance targets. This post also directly line manages the Medical Secretarial and Administrative team.

As a dynamic and highly motivated individual you will deputise for the Business Support Manager as required and be an integral part of our service delivery team.

The Operational Support Manager will also work closely with the specialty clinical teams, consultants, Matrons, and other health professionals to support the effective day-to-day operational management of the specialties, ensuring the delivery of high quality patient services within the resources available.
