What you'll do

• Designing, managing and implementing our crisis management and business
  continuity capabilities to ensure that the business can maintain service continuity
  through operational disruption events, including the development of the business
  continuity plans
• Define and drive the IT disaster recovery planning and testing programme of activity
  to ensure that the IT recovery capability meets the businesses resilience
  requirement
• Working with stakeholders and SMEs to identify and map critical business services
  as our business evolves
• Manage the ongoing cycle of crisis management, business continuity, and disaster
  recovery testing to ensure readiness
• Lead the response to business continuity events and coordinate the crisis
  management team, which has executive-level attendance
• Ensure that operational resilience reporting and management information are
  embedded within the governance structure, including the identification and escalation
  of material resilience vulnerabilities
