Essential criteria
- Post Graduate Qualification in Management / Leadership (working towards or achieved) or equivalent relevant experience
Desirable criteria
- Advanced IT Skills - ECDL or equivalent
Experience

- Experience within a business/operational focused role
- NHS experience
- Experience of working in a changing environment
- Experience of service development
- Staff management

- Experience of personal accountability for service delivery
