As part of our Publicis Media hub, you'll be joining a dynamic and collaborative Out-of-Home (OOH) team that works across some of the world's most exciting brands.

Overview

We're looking for experienced OOH Managers to join our investment teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong OOH experience and wants to work on innovative, high-profile campaigns across different agency teams within Publicis Groupe.

Responsibilities

As an OOH Manager, you'll:

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
  • Plan and deliver innovative OOH campaigns, from classic posters to programmatic and experiential.
  • Collaborate with media owners to negotiate and secure best-in-market deals.
  • Support and develop junior team members, ensuring high standards of delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams across strategy, digital, and data to create integrated solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh thinking to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

As an OOH Manager, you'll need:

  • Previous OOH experience (agency or media owner side).
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Confident client communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering work that drives results.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with people and bringing out the best in others.
