What you'll do

This is a fantastic opportunity within our Omnichannel & Online team for an accomplished Online Planning Assistant Manager to help assist the planning, reporting and analysis of our online performance.

  • Develop and produce comprehensive online reporting that integrates data from various sources.
  • Support with data collection, analysis & interpretation, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Own the commercial hub, ensuring all key documents are readily accessible, up-to-date & effectively organised.
  • Organising online commercial and wider online teams to achieve deadlines and targets.
  • Provide information on event activity & commercial priorities to enable the business to make informed decisions.
  • Review forward sales forecasts, highlighting any risks or opportunities & taking actions to mitigate risks.
  • Collating and presenting holistic view of performance and forward plans at key meetings.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the operating plan and quarterly revision process.
  • Demonstrate agility and responsiveness when dealing with ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders and deputise for the Planning Manager when required.

Who you are

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reporting tools and data visualisation techniques (e.g., Excel, PowerBi dashboards)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
