The Role:
I am currently recruiting for proven O&M Manager for permanent / staff position in London. To be considered, the O&M Manager will need to demonstrate experience in the EPC of large-scale renewable energy projects. The successful candidate would report into the Regional Head of O&M.

The Role:
I am currently recruiting for proven O&M.

Your role will encompass:

• Liaise with H&S team at any fault raised as a H&S hazard at the projects
• Cooperate with H&S team in order to fix issues raised during annual audits
• Maintain knowledge of O&M and EPC Contracts
• To manage a portfolio of solar projects, ensuring that all O&M activities are undertaken in compliance with the contractual scope
• Quickly address any failures/downtimes from O&M Subcontractors to ensure project KPIs are met
• Manage fault tickets, keeping contractual obligations
• Regularly update the project Clients (especially the Client AM)
• Respond to any issues for the sites raised by the project Clients (operational or non-operational)
• Assist Operations Manager for the implementation of O&M reports (monthly, yearly)
• Liase with Regional Account teams for invoices acceptance/ confirmation, contracts amendments/preparation, services, materials delivery confirmation.
• Liase with grid operators in case of failures/scheduled outages for the projects
• Work on the FAC punch lists of the project and pursue the FAC certificate.
• To negotiate FAC defects with the clients to minimize company's exposure and seek advice from the Legal department for this purpose
• Chase up the release of WC/PAC/FAC retentions from the clients
• Schedule WC/PAC/FAC SL outstanding works for projects that had reached WC/PAC/FAC
• Seek quotations from subcontractors for the works to be performed on site, especially related to FAC/PAC Punch lists
• Expand the database of our contractors by making new collaborations after searching for new contractors
• Check that the projects are built in accordance to the Planning Permissions
• Ensure that the guidelines set up by the BMP of the projects are followed
• Perform the Spare Parts Management
• Update Server files and keep electronic backup of all the activities

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum 5 Years in the Solar or Bess Industry (EPC/O&M/Engineering/Consulting)
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in managing a team and operating in both a technical and client-facing role
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
