We have an exciting new opportunity for a Office Manager/PA to Principal to join us in June 2024. The overarching purpose of this role is to provide a high-level of support to the Principal and to support other staff in a positive and proactive way demonstrating a high level of initiative, competence and confidentiality across a broad range of activities. The successful candidate must be able to work to a highly professional and organised standard.

As a Office Manager/PA to Principal, you should be able to :

  • Ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the main academy office, reception and offices.
  • To proactively support the development of a dynamic learning community through effective delivery of administrative services to meet the needs of every stakeholder, contributing to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school.
  • Providing personal assistance to the Principal with highly efficient support in managing and leading the school, ensuring the school is presented in the best possible light at all times.

This is a unique opportunity to join and be the Personal Assistant in a highly successful and well-established multi-academy trust. The role is a busy one; we need an individual who can turn their hand to all requirements, and who can be flexible with day-to-day duties. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will manage the smooth day-to-day running of the administration process.

The working hours for this position will be 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch each day and offers an actual salary of £26,967 - £30,489 (FTE £28,598 - £32,333).
