Based at our London HQ, in the heart of London retail district, you will ensure the smooth running of daily operations, oversee facilities and events, and provide support to employees and visitors alike. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who takes pride in creating a great work environment.
In addition to general office management, this role provides a platform for someone keen to develop their skills as an Assistant to our Executive team, providing the opportunity to work with and learn from existing executive support team.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Office & Facilities Management
- Open and prep the office daily, ensuring meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas are tidy and well-stocked.
- Oversee office supplies, including stationery, snacks, and kitchen essentials.
- Manage deliveries, parcel distribution, and waste disposal.
- Liaise with maintenance providers and IT to ensure everything from heating to coffee machines is in top condition.
- Conduct regular office checks and coordinate cleaning services to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Front-of-House & Event Coordination
- Be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, ensuring they have everything they need.
- Set up and clear meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments, IT, and supplies are ready to go.
- Organise catering, drinks, and bookings for team events and external meetings.
- Assist with planning and logistics for office events, celebrations, and team socials.
Executive Team Support (Training & Development)
- Gain hands-on experience supporting the executive team with administrative tasks.
- Learn how to manage schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Support key business processes, helping to refine your skills as an Executive Assistant.
