We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager to join our friendly - Eastern Green Link 2 (EGL2) project team in Peterhead, Scotland. EGL2 is a 525kV, 2GW high voltage direct current (HVDC) subsea and underground onshore transmission cable from Peterhead, in Aberdeenshire, to Drax, in North Yorkshire with 2 no. HVDC convertor stations constructed at either end of the cable.
The project once completed will transport green energy generated in Scotland through the EGL2 infrastructure and distribute to other parts of the UK where it is needed, providing enough electricity to power around two million homes. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale civil engineering project that plays a key role in delivering critical infrastructure, paving the way for future renewable developments across Scotland.

Your work environment

Your mission
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Reporting of KPI's
- Meet and greet all employees who visit the site
- Utilising and setting up the site clocking system
- Completing the site resource tracker each week
- General filing and office duties
- Soft copy file management
- Record Keeping
- Assisting managers with clerical duties
- Ordering office consumables
- Correspondence in and out
- General office housekeeping
- Managing the meeting rooms and office hot desks
Who are we looking for?
- Strong interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar role
- Strong IT experience preferably with Microsoft office
- Ability to work in a large scale, multi-site organisation
- Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
