We are looking for an approachable and forward thinking Office Manager with strong organisational skills to join our supportive and collaborative team.

This position will be Term Time only + 1 inset days + 1 week (40 working weeks per year)

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily administration of the school office including line managing administrative staff. You are also responsible for all administrative and organisational processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times. It's not necessarily your experience that we're most interested in, it's your passion and commitment to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.

The ideal Office Manager will be someone who is:

* A great communicator who develops positive relationships with young children and adults

* Understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children whom we are supporting

* Able to display a high level of administrative, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

Our children come not just from the local community of Bewbush, but together we make up around 30 different nationalities from all over the World and we speak approximately 40 different languages!
