Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and enhance market presence.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their workspace needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property operators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Lead negotiations for office space transactions, ensuring favourable terms for all parties.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the client journey, from initial interaction to post-transaction follow-up.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the commercial property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the London office space market and an extensive network of contacts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools to track progress and optimize strategies.
  • Membership with RICS and/or other professional body is highly desirable.
