Key Accountabilities

  • Technical expert. Build knowledge of all offer set up systems across Food, C&H including UK and ROI
  • Leading on new propositions. Get involved in scoping meeting for new offer types. Effectively understand what the ask is and what is possible, or needs further investigation or development. Partner with one of the set up team assistants to handover set up tasks and to support
  • Move trials into business as usual process, when appropriate. Write the process, train the team, challenge each step for automation improves
  • Understand offer set up processes, identify opportunities for simplification or automation at each step. Be confident to ask for help to drive improvement from outside teams, and to think of ways to influence to get the job done
  • Trouble shooting. Getting involved quickly and effectively to support from a Tech point when things go wrong

Key Skills

  • Technically minded, loves to fix things
  • Confidence and knowledgeable to identify improvements and to strongly influence others
  • Builds great business internal and external relationships, to drive smooth cross functional working
  • MS Office and Office 365 skills.
  • Experience of offer set up systems: OMP (Offers Management Platform), Beanstore, WCS.
