The main purpose of this role is to provide advanced level analytics & performance monitoring support to NRM Lead/wider NRM team to inform strategies build & decision making, monitoring performance and also leading Ecom NRM strategy by working with cross functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own & support NRM Ecom strategy agenda by partnering with Sales teams and finance business partners whilst also supporting the execution of strategies in the BU.
- Collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customer and Finance teams throughout the NRM process under responsibility to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
- Partner with the UK NRM community and leadership team, including priority/key NRM projects to provide analytics support.
- Own the advanced level regular data/analytics reporting and support underpinning the NRM Strategy as well as in year execution.
- Create visibility around NRM KPIs. Provide value add insights to improve decision making and target delivery.
- Own Pricing and Promo trackers and develop other tools to embed NRM in the wider business
- Support senior stakeholder review forums & presentations to provide clarity on landscape & performance to inform strategic decision making.
- Drive standards/discipline in NRM governance, incorporating standardization of Analytical Practices, to elevate performance and execution excellence.
- Support to inform wider NRM strategy agenda via advanced analytics.
- Lead building long-term/AOP Ecom NRM strategy and drive in-year execution.
Qualifications
- Exceptional strategic thinking & analytical skills - ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level executive summary storylines & concise practical execution plans.
- Commercial Acumen - Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and interrogate complex, incomplete or ambiguous data with ease, including strong analytical skills.
- Able to build strategy by leveraging all key components, and drive clear executional priorities linked to the strategy.
- Sharp quantitative & analytical skills as well as a positive, "can-learn" attitude with a solid foundation in different data tools/sources.
- Comfort pulling, using, and analyzing multiple data sources, e.g. syndicated data (Nielsen / IRI) and Financial data, translating into meaningful & succinct insights.
- Being able to provide quick high-level assessments to answer strategic questions and scope and guide the required work.
- Very strong Cross Functional Collaboration skills.
- Ability to visually present thoughts, storylines, facts & figures in a compelling way and adapt content to a variety of senior leadership and middle management audiences.
- Excellent communication skills and can articulate complex issues in an easy to understand way.
- Strong results orientation while managing the processes in a best in class manner.
- Manage multiple inputs from a wide group of stakeholders and then incorporating them into a recommendation that everyone is bought into.
- Ability to inspire, engage and enable all levels of stakeholders.
- Self-starter and able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment. Ability own & drive agenda and take others with her/him on the journey.
