The Customer Project Manager ensures projects are delivered within scope, budget, schedule, and quality. They oversee all phases, from planning to completion and operation. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and resource coordination. Responsibilities
- Manages project scope, cost, schedule, and quality (CSSQ), adapting plans as needed.
- Leads contract execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensures seamless transitions between sales, delivery, and care phases.
- Drives financial and operational forecasting, optimizing profitability and efficiency.
- Enhances customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Identifies opportunities for contract expansion and continuous improvement.
- Leads project teams, applying best practices and lessons learned.
- This role offers hands-on experience in strategic project management, business growth, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management.
- Expertise in cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ) management.
- Experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and drive business growth opportunities.
