Job Description

Non-Financial Disclosures, Head of Delivery will be driving business growth and expanding services related to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) assurance and sustainability reporting services. The responsibility This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing tailored solutions to help organizations meet their sustainability reporting obligations under the European Union's CSRD framework and other non-financial reporting frameworks.

The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand the company's CSRD services. Identify target markets and potential clients needing non-financial reporting services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor on CSRD and other sustainability reporting needs. Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for service offerings.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with industry associations, sustainability consultants, and other stakeholders to expand the company's reach and influence in the CSRD space.
  • Ensure a clear understanding of how to implement CSRD Assurance and drive this adoption within affiliate network as well as driving additional services (training and advisory)
  • Lead assurance engagements in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships.
  • Act as the strategic project lead for completion of CSRD related work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfil customer expectations.
  • Always enhance client satisfaction and ensure compliance with internationally recognised standards and frameworks.
  • Be the focal point for technical support to the affiliates for Non-Financial Disclosures - development and implementation of Global procedures, training of technical and commercial teams

Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience working in the sustainability, auditing, or consulting industries with a focus on CSRD and ESG Disclosures.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of management, consultants and clients, especially C-Suite
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop actionable business development plans.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong client-focused mindset and ability to provide innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and any additional European language will be advantage.

Additional Information

  • Travel is required, sometimes at short notice.
  • This position can be based in multiple location in UK.
