What you'll do

To be responsible for the management of a shift team/ shift leadership to support customer networks and network services, providing the customer with assured levels of service on in line with their Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
To lead a shift team responsible for management of the customer networks and end to end management of services across those networks.

*Successful candidates Must be able to achieve developed vetting (DV) clearance*
• Accountable for the delivery of the relevant operational SLA and KPI's in line or exceeding the commitments to the Business, for the Converged Network.
• Accountable for operationally managing the stakeholders: - Field, NOC, Customer Service Desks, related VBSE Services, Customer Operations and delivering the SLA and KPI's
• Ensure that all Major Incidents are efficiently managed and effectively communicated to the stakeholders. All necessary steps are taken to minimize the resolution of Major Incidents
• Feed the requirements to Service Managers for operational performance reviews with all the stakeholders, in line with the defined governance requirements.
• Ensure escalation in the event of the support partners for managing the Major and BAU Incidents
• Ensure Vodafone's operational requirements are understood through effective stakeholder operational management and provide all relevant feedback to the Service Managers to manage the stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder's expectations around improvements on process, service, deliverables and timescales of NOC & SOC Operations.
• Lead and motivate the team, setting clear objectives, priority, strategy and policy to maximise operational efficiency and develop operational management capabilities.

Who you are
• Candidates must be eligible for developed vetting (DV) clearance
• A proven ability to lead the creation and development of high performing teams
• Experience of creating and maintaining relationships with key partners, suppliers and customers.
• Experience in an operational and / or delivery management role.
• Experience in both fixed and mobile core networks including call centre technologies, enterprise fixed solutions, mobile data services, mobile prepay and online charging systems, voice services including VPN in both fixed and mobile.
• Experience in working in a high security area required.
