The Lobby Bar, one of the most stunning rooms in London, transforms from an airy space for a coffee by day to a buzzing cocktail bar by night, filled with glamorous guests and discerning drinkers. The Punch Room, a modern reincarnation of London's 19th-century private clubs. Designed to be an intimate space away from the Soho crowds, where guests can taste 30 specialty punches - including the signature EDITION house punch and listen to a curated soundtrack of soul, blues, ragtime and doo-wop is complemented by impromptu live performances.

As Nightlife Manager you will:

• Work closely with the Bars Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the internationally acclaimed Lobby Bar and Punch Room.
• Be a leader that motivates a team and maintains high team focus by showing co-operation and support
• Manage the floor and flow of guests throughout our bars
• Thrive in a busy high-volume environment and be flexible and respond quickly and positively to changing requirements

Our most successful Nightlife Manager has:

• Natural ability to build relationships with people and have a true passion for nightlife, food and drink, and most importantly, our guests
• A true understanding of enchanting service, and excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional drinks knowledge.

This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights
