Night Manager

We want to ensure that our service delivery is as consistent and high quality at night as it is during the day. From making sure that our night Concierge services are meeting their contractual obligations to managing the inhouse team, to dealing with any safeguarding issues that may arise, this role will be the face of YMCA Thames Gateway during the night. Your Level 3 qualification in youth work, housing or similar area, will be backed up with experience in managing and leading a successful team, dealing effectively with incidents and emergencies and contract management and compliance. Ideally, you'll also have experience in designing and delivering training to a team You'll have an understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable people, as well as knowledge and understanding of safeguarding. Ideally, this will be underpinned by an awareness of Trauma Informe practice. You'll need a car to be able to get around the sites.
