Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a NHS Services Director to join our fast-growing NHS Services business.

This is a filed based role, covering the South and South coast region of the UK

Essentially, you will build a sales pipeline of NHS opportunities that will ensure targets will be met and ensure sales and marketing resources are adequate for optimal competitive advantage on all commercial fronts and to achieve short, mid and long-term P&L targets

Will would expect you to be able to deliver effective market access and mobilisation strategies to increase service penetration, to improve service line profitability and to improve NHS advocacy and engagement (NPS) across a regional footprint

  • Finance and budgetary management skills, including strong sales forecasting skills.
  • Well-developed leadership and people development skills
  • Ability to influence people at all levels internally and externally and to help shape the development & improvement of services
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentational and interpersonal) and a team player that builds strong relationships with others both within and outside the business
  • Able to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prepare sound tactical plans; strong planning & organisational skills
  • Managed a diverse portfolio of clinical and logistical services
  • Previous successful customer account management experience; proven track record of customer relationship management, owning issues and managing through to resolution
  • Business management qualification preferred
