This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Banking Associate 6 plus PQE to secure a position doing City work, to provide clients of the firm with high quality legal expertise within corporate banking area.

Our client is a leading law firm with offices in London and the work on offer is of the highest calibre. You will work on a variety of matters, corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance. Their Corporate Banking team provides a full range of advice on finance matters from bilateral to LMA based club transactions to restructurings and refinancing.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes
• Solicitor 6+ PQE
• Previous experience within a Banking & Finance team
• Experience of dealing with lenders and borrowers
• Real estate finance exposure advantageous
