• Proven experience in senior estate agency or land and new homes leadership, with a deep understanding of local markets
• A commercial mindset and a track record of driving strategic growth
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• The ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
• A calm, proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines
