We deliver strategy, creative and production in immersive platforms for brands and entertainment companies. From ongoing branded worlds to creative strategy, entertainment formats and IP partnerships, Metavision is the entry point to immersive media.
Metavision leads the immersive media strategy for the ITV Group. Brands are looking for fun, dynamic and authentic ways to utilise immersive media to reach young engaged audiences where they are spending time; as part of Metavision, you will bring those ideas to life in a way that will balance a great user experience, a confident answer to the brief, and pushes the envelope forward.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic New Business Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth as we expand into 2025 and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the (UGC) gaming industry, with a deep understanding of UGC platforms like Fortnite, Roblox and Minecraft amongst others.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base and relationships across various sectors, including entertainment, brands, media & creative agencies.
You will come with a strong black book of contacts and bring a consistent pipeline of RFPs, pitches and briefs to the table for the Metavision strategic and creative department to respond to. And then guide those responses to the point where the contract is awarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the UGC gaming landscape, creating a brand and agency sales strategy for Metavision and a narrative to drive understanding of these platforms with potential partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth across multiple platforms (Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft).
- Critical to this role will be building on this momentum to develop a pipeline of prospective clients. This will include bringing in briefs & RFPs, raising the profile of Metavision with brands and agencies, and building long term partnerships with prospective clients, taking it to market.
- Metavision has now fully launched and created a splash with agencies and brands alike globally. Critical to this role will be building on this momentum to keep Metavision top of mind for any party looking to activate in immersive media platforms.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, IP holders, media & creative agencies.
- Collaborate with platform holders (Epic Games, Roblox, Mojang Studios) to understand their roadmaps, explore joint opportunities and to maximize platform potential.
- Boosting Metavision's Profile
- As a newly formed outfit, the New Business manager will be leading on raising Metavision's profile both online through social media and industry channels.
- ITV Studios & ITV Commercial
- Forging strong relationships across ITV ensuring Metavision continues to be a used resource internally.
- Work closely with Commercial and Studios creating strong relationships and forming ties where we receive briefs and work on them together.
- Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop customised solutions that align with their objectives.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the UGC gaming space.
- Stay informed of the latest developments and innovations within Fortnite, Roblox, and Minecraft and beyond to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue by creating and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Work with the leadership team to set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
Key Criteria
1.A track record of business development and sales across experiential, gaming, esports, TV
2.Confidence forging relationships and new partnerships
3.Existing brand and agency relationship
4.Experience working with brand and agency personnel
5.An interest in and understanding of gaming, TV, entertainment and immersive media
6.An understanding of youth facing advertising/ game / experiential advertising
