We are looking for a New Business Executive to join our amazing team in London. The purpose of this role is to focus on dentsu's new business drive. You will help maximise the conversion of new business pitches for dentsu and develop the strategy for prospect opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will work with the team on the development, management and conversion of a good quality and sustainable new business opportunities. Positive and effective pitch management will be crucial to help drive new business wins and happy teams.
Job Description:
- Assist the Business Development team in meeting dentsu's management revenue targets through prospecting, new business and client growth Support and lead where appropriate on pitches/ business development projects from end-to-end with the oversight/ support of the Business Development Director
- Support and/or project manage where appropriate delivery of local market pitches, ensuring a highly organised process which will include holding people to deadlines
- Project manage and/or support the innovative delivery of RFIs and RFPs
- Project manage and/or support the development of creative content, case studies and credentials • Support pitch teams in a variety of functions: production, facilitating brainstorms, competitive research, data requirements, logistics, rehearsals and pitch theatre
- Reporting all new business, losses or live opportunities via Salesforce
- Integrate with the wider dentsu new business community and attend fortnightly meetings
- Support submissions to all industry bodies e.g. RECMA, Comvergance, industry awards etc
- Contribute and Support the culture of the wider dentsu New Business community.

- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Business, Communications or Media.
- Internship, placement‑year or extracurricular experience that shows an interest in marketing, media, advertising or business development.
- Confident storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable analysing data and using insights to build persuasive narratives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365; willingness to learn tools such as Salesforce, Tableau and Gen‑AI assistants.
- Organised, methodical and calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple deadlines.
- An inclusive mindset, committed to building diverse teams and championing sustainable, responsible marketing.
