Overview

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded New Business Director to join our leadership team to lead and grow our pipeline of opportunities across global markets. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end pitch processes, crafting compelling proposals, and building strong relationships with intermediaries, clients, and internal teams.

You'll play a key role in driving proactive outreach, increasing visibility for Publicis Pro within the Publicis Groupe network, and shaping our new business and marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about unlocking growth in the B2B space.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end RFP processes

You'll successfully lead RFIs and RFPs from initial briefing to final submission, ensuring strategic alignment, clear timelines, and coordinated contributions across teams. You'll drive the pitch process with a focus on delivering extraordinary solutions that showcase our B2B expertise.

Author New Business Proposals

Translate briefs into tailored proposals that showcase our extraordinary thinking and craft compelling service narratives highlighting our integrated B2B capabilities. You'll guide SoW, pricing & resourcing discussions with a strategic mindset and coordinate internal reviews to ensure submissions reflect Publicis Pro's unique positioning.

Build strong relationships with Publicis Groupe New Business teams

Partner closely with both EMEA and Global Publicis Groupe New Business teams to ensure Publicis Pro is embedded into relevant opportunities and networks. You'll leverage the Power of One network to identify and pursue cross-agency opportunities that drive growth.

Act as Publicis Pro's Marketing Lead

Represent Publicis Pro in key internal forums, credentials showcases and thought leadership opportunities. You'll articulate our unique B2B value proposition across the global network and champion our extraordinary thinking approach to solving client challenges. You will also develop, oversee and manage our industry marketing plan and marketing manager with the ultimate goal of attracting new prospects and talent into our organisation.

Develop and nurture relationships with intermediaries and consultants

Build trusted connections with key industry intermediaries to increase Publicis Pro's visibility and participation in key pitch opportunities. You'll position our agency as the go-to partner for B2B marketing challenges through strategic relationship building.

Own our credentials and case studies

Own our credentials, website, case studies . Working with our teams to turn successful projects into strategic, compelling case studies that effectively demonstrate our ability to find and deliver extraordinary solutions. You will also help us lead on the development, packaging and promotion of new services capabilities in B2B marketing collaborating with experts across Publicis Groupe.

Own and maintain the Global New Business tracking & CRM tools

Manage Publicis Pro's New Business dashboard and reporting process, ensuring visibility of pipeline, conversion rates, and performance insights. You'll provide strategic analysis of new business performance to inform future targeting and growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years' experience in a New Business or Growth role
  • Background in a c reative, d igital , media or B2B Marketing agency, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value client partnerships and in developing and executing marketing and new business strategies
  • Strong network of industry contacts, including existing relationships with intermediaries
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management across all levels , particularly in large holding group environments
  • Excellent coordination and project management capabilities
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Confident communicator and persuasive presenter
  • Comfortable navigating pitch processes, RFI/RFP responses, and contract negotiations
  • Social and confident networker , with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and unlock growth potential
  • Experienced in lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM tools
  • Passion for B2B marketing and the ability to translate complex propositions into compelling narratives
