Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Worker Type: Hybrid Worker

Salary: Starting Salary is £48,474 (Level one) rising to £51,515 (Level four) 'pro rata for part-time'

Location: Hybrid/Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG

About the Role

Lead and manage the Network Services team, covering voice, data and perimeter security services including all day to day operational and technical aspects and strategic ownership. Provide technical leadership for enterprise wide coordination of information technology security efforts to reduce risk, respond to incidents and limit exposure to liability and risk with regard to IT systems and networks. Provide technical and operational leadership in the planning, design, implementation and performance of converged network infrastructure to support voice, data and unified communications. Minimise our exposure and risk on Communications and Network failure and disaster's through implementation of high availability, resilient solutions, disaster recovery, planning, implementing, testing and readiness.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Industry standard qualifications or certifications - Cisco or Extreme Network preferred.

• Significant experience in managing corporate communications and network infrastructures in large, complex, multi-site organisations.

The role requires you to participate in an on call rota.
