We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Network Operations Analyst supporting a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, providing expertise to deliver a stable, secure, efficient and well managed infrastructure, over the full lifecycle of each solution. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

Join our dynamic Network Operations Centre (NOC) and play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise connectivity and security. You'll work alongside passionate Network Analysts, tackling complex challenges and driving innovation across cutting-edge technologies like SD-WAN, Wireless LAN, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions-including Fortinet SASE and other industry leaders.

• Diagnose and resolve Level 2/3 network incidents, ensuring seamless connectivity and security for global enterprises.

Your skills and experience

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and brings:

• Enterprise networking experience, backed by relevant technical certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto NSP)
• Hands-on expertise with Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower).
• Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and familiarity with SASE frameworks, including Fortinet SASE and other leading solutions.
• Expertise in core networking areas such as LAN/WAN, VPN, MPLS, network segmentation, VLAN configuration, QoS, and advanced routing and switching. Familiarity with network security principles, load balancing, and integration with cloud networking solutions is highly desirable.
• A good working knowledge of ITIL processes.
