What do we expect from you?
You support the Boutique Manager in his duties by building customer loyalty and by leading/developing the sales team in order to optimize and increase turnover and ensure the profitability of the boutique. In the absence of the Boutique Manager, you are the relay and operational manager with the team.
On daily basis, you will be responsible for:
You participate to develop turnover, respect commercial practices, and the customer experience.
In relay of the Boutique Manager, you ensure the proper functioning of the boutique for all subjects: safety of people, development and training of teams, monitoring of performance and clienteling actions.
You will be in charge of the financial and administrative management of the store.
Supervision of stocks, inventories and after-sales operations and general stewardship
