The Role
The National Nurse Manager oversees healthcare operations and budget performance for all Superdrug Nurse Clinics, managing Regional Nurse Managers and ensuring safe, efficient patient services are aligned with commercial goals.
Reporting into the Head of Healthcare Services, you will drive consistency, professionalism, and profitability, collaborating on new service development whilst maintaining regulatory compliance. You will advise on clinical development and serve as the CQC & HIS Registered Manager.
About You
*Must have active registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)

- Strong influencing skills

- Full UK Driving License and the flexibility for short stays away from home
