How you'll play your part
We're looking for a highly motivated and confident individual who can apply their proven sales expertise to drive fleet sales success. With a deep understanding of the UK motor and fleet industry, they will recognise the critical importance of leveraging this knowledge to consistently achieve fleet sales targets.
You'll drive the fleet sales operations team who play a key role in facilitating and supporting target achievement and sales growth within both the MBUK fleet field teams and fleet agent network. You'll implement industry leading administration, stock management, back-office systems, sales processes and detailed market analysis and reporting
In this role you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you will lead, coach, and develop your direct reports to ensure they remain empowered, motivated, and consistently perform at a high level. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal development, you'll inspire your team to reach their full potential and deliver results
You will drive the achievement of the MBUK Fleet sales ambition by planning sub-channel and model volumes (approx. 22,000 units), refining live performance reporting, and providing actionable insights. By analyzing key data, you will deliver solutions that ensure the successful delivery of MBCUK Sales objectives. You will manage significant direct and indirect budgets, demonstrating exceptional financial and commercial acumen, while overseeing budget and stock to ensure the successful delivery of the annual volume plan. With a keen attention to detail, you will ensure accuracy in all operations and reporting, driving efficiency and precision across the business
You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to negotiate, influence and lead change with internal and external stakeholders. You'll work closely with the Head of Fleets to define, shape and implement the future strategy and roadmap for fleet efficiency and lead the MBUK annual contracting process ensuring continuity of business performance. You will be the main point of contact for the MBUK converter programme responsible for the tendering process and ongoing supplier management
