As National Account Manager The Perfume Shop you will play a pivotal role shaping the future of our category specialist organization in both strategy and execution. We pride ourselves on recruiting and developing top talent to promote within as we continue to expand our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our National Account Manager The Perfume Shop you are tasked with delivering productive market share growth for your retailer(s) and brands.
You will be the lead interface between your retailer(s) and our portfolio of incredible brands responsible for delivering aligned retail targets and key financial goals. Balancing competing priorities to achieve the best net outcome is the heartland of this role which has a complex matrix of stakeholders.
Your main focus:
- Plan, develop, agree, implement, and analyse an annual joint business plan with retailers in your portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Education team and Retail Operations team to deliver retail excellence.
- Provide clear insights through weekly and monthly sales reporting help drive these into cross-functional business action.
- Owning the new product launches end to end, ensuring best in class execution.
- Build high impact retailer JBPs through cross-functional collaboration internally and externally.

You will work cross-functionally internally and externally acting as a mini general manager for your brand scope. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to get stuck in and are excited by creating new opportunities for growth. As an Experienced National Account Manager, you excel at nurturing relationships, delivering best in class activations and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you bring:
- End to end wholesale management experience with full P&L responsibility within luxury consumer goods and retailers (minimum 4 years).
- Negotiation experience with a track record unlocking more for more investment.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to distil both quantitative and qualitative data into insight and action.
- A strong sense of accountability with an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience working in a retail/field sales team would be beneficial.
- Master the English language on a near native level.
