Our Commercial teams are empowered, agile and execution focused - owning all elements of customer execution and sitting at the centre of our delivery. Critical to this delivery are our Customer Business Managers (Aka National Account Managers), who are responsible for building and maintaining our brilliant buyer relationships and managing the day to day running of accounts, with the aim of ensuring excellence in execution and brilliant visibility of our Twinings Brands. Our CBM's are relentlessly focused on collaborating externally and internally to explore new opportunities to maximise our plan.

We are always looking for brilliant talented people to join us and have exciting opportunities to join our Commercial team in Customer Business Manager roles, on a permanent or fixed term basis. These roles will either be responsible for one of our core strategic accounts for our total hot product and brand portfolio - including Twinings, Options and Ovaltine, or for a number of strategic accounts for our newly launched Sparkling Tea portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing our commercial plans.
  • Delivering excellence in execution and unlocking new opportunities
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver cross category opportunities, demonstrating bold thinking, creativity and inspiring externally to make it happen.
  • Develop & nurture collaborative customer relationships which have longevity

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experienced in leading key accounts within a FMCG Company
  • Strong performance grip, forecast accuracy and analysis informing relevant and timely course correction.
  • The ability to build collaborative relationships at pace and adapt personal style to maximize the potential outcome.
  • Strong revenue management & implementation of the promotional plan
  • High levels of tenacity, positive growth mindset & perseverance which inspires others and facilitates rapid rapport & relationship creation.
  • Entrepreneurial and agile in mindset, prepared to get stuck in across the broader team when required
  • Commercially astute who can operate across multi-channels
  • Highly numerate and great revenue management skills
