National Account Manager
London Head office based (Holborn), with flexibility to WFH once per week
Role Purpose
The role of the National Account Manager will be focused on maximising bookings across various third-party booking platforms and event agencies.
This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic relationship manager who can drive revenue and brand exposure through high-impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with third-party platforms and event agencies at a national level
- Act as a primary point of contact for partner accounts, ensuring strong engagement and long-term collaboration
- Ensure venues are optimally represented across event listing sites and agency channels
- Listing maintenance - Update venues profiles across event listings, ensure capacities, packages, availability and imagery are accurate
- Assist with searching and onboarding new accounts to expand distribution reach
- Draft proposals for new accounts to present to the SNAM
- Conduct FAM trips with event agents
- Assist in proposals and conversion based on demand and accounts that need attention
- Assist and escalate any feedback from third-party platforms or event agencies
Performance Analysis
- Performance awareness
- Assist the SNAM with tracking account performance, conversion rates and ROI
- Use data to inform strategy and improve channel effectiveness
Nightcap Ambassador
- Has full knowledge of Nightcap as a brand and all venue offerings
- Always represent the business in a position light
- Works positively and collaboratively with all Nightcap departments
- Support the sales team wherever possible to ensure guest satisfaction and business needs

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in corporate, events or hospitality sales
- Account Management
- Experience using CRM and booking systems
- Conducting reviews, resolving issues, and growing accounts
