This role will be responsible for leading the interface between the Company and Customers, and the achievement of Company sales, share and profit goals, including maintaining and developing the growth of our brands.

What your role is

You will be responsible for developing various customer's annual business plans to drive growth against agreed targets such as sales growth and margin improvement. Owning the monthly financial and volume S&OP cycle, providing the business with accurate projections for your customers.

Develop and recommend account strategies and tactics to maximise the sales and gross profit for both parties with the agility to adjust plans throughout the year. Then, you need to effectively translate customer strategies internally to align the business to mutual growth opportunities. Finally implementing plans for excellent execution, liaising with key contacts within the Customer and internally.

You will implement agreed promotional plans within defined trade investment budgets, and evaluate promotional effectiveness to ensure the most efficient use of promotional expenditure.

All of this while being part of a cross-functional team that will support you in developing customer intimacy.

What you will bring to the team

You will have a real passion for sales-driven results and have gained experience at Account Manager level within the FMCG industry.

You will have the ability to build great customer relationships by listening, understanding & responding to customers' needs using your strong sales and negotiation skills, with the confidence and ability to develop and present compelling sales presentations.

Experience in delivering results through working in cross-functional teams, showcasing your strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset to explore new ideas and opportunities.
