Multi-Site Manager - Editions

Location: North London Sites

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Site Operations team powers the physical side of our marketplace through HOP (our rapid grocery delivery service) and Editions (our network of delivery-only kitchens). From launching new sites to ensuring operational excellence across markets, we combine retail and hospitality expertise with operational rigour. If you thrive in hands-on environments and want to help redefine how food and groceries reach customers-come join us on the ground.

We're looking for a Multi-Site Manager to join our North London team. In this role, you'll drive high-level performance across multiple delivery-only kitchens, holding site teams accountable for operational excellence and profitability.

Get to know our Site Operations team - what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining the Editions team. Editions are the world's first delivery-only kitchens, providing industry-leading brands with an end-to-end solution to reach customers in high-demand areas.

Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Lead and empower site teams across 1-4 locations, coaching Site Managers to achieve company goals while fostering a culture of development and resilience.
  • Own the P&L and financial health of your sites by forecasting yearly costs, managing Opex, and optimising labour efficiencies to maximise profitability.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring real-time KPIs and ensuring all sites consistently meet or exceed delivery and satisfaction targets.
  • Uphold rigorous compliance standards, overseeing weekly Health & Safety audits and ensuring all sites adhere to food safety and legal regulations.
  • Cultivate partner relationships with leading restaurant brands, using data-driven insights to resolve issues and improve their performance within our kitchens.
  • Manage the full people lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding new talent to managing complex HR cases and identifying progression pathways for your team.

What You'll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Significant management experience within the food and beverage or restaurant industry, ideally overseeing multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and influence commercial KPIs to grow order volume and market share.
  • Strong leadership capability with a track record of recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of compliance, including Food Safety, Health & Safety, and local authority regulations.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-evolving environment where "standing still" isn't an option.
  • Technical proficiency in using data (e.g., Looker, G Suite) to inform decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Valid Driving Licence and the willingness to travel between various North London sites.

Our Interview Process

  • Step 3: Initial conversation

If you're successful at the assessment stage, one of our Recruitment team will get in touch to talk through your experience.

  • Step 4: Final Onsite interview

If we decide to move forward, you'll be invited to an onsite interview with one of our Regional Managers.
