M&S Assistant Manager - New Opening Warwick Hospital

40 hours, Fully flexible

We're currently recruiting a dedicated M&S Assistant Manager to join our team in a new opening at Warwick Hospital to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

In the role of an M&S Assistant manager you'll be involved in orchestrating exceptional customer service delivery, and shouldering the responsibility for maintaining accurate stock levels and cash management on site. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated support to the manager, overseeing daily operations, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all Store Operating Targets and KPIs
• Leading and developing a motivated, committed and high performing store management team
• Driving operational, visual and customer service standards in store
• Working with the visual team to manage standards and displays within the store
• All mandatory & specialised training to ensure customer proposition is met
• Brand Integrity and market awareness
• Effective communication to all store team members
• Store compliance and health and safety procedures
• Ensuring that all key PDR and ER policies are adhered to and delivered across the business.

Our ideal Assistant Manager will:

• Have worked in a retail environment at a supervisor level
• Have previous experience of managing a team and following set procedures
• Willingness to learn and shows initiative
• Ability to prioritise and work in a busy environment
