About the Role

To provide management and control of all dry goods Stock through SAP and Physical from 3rd party bottlers and Warehouses. This includes any corrective action to be taken in SAP after all relevant investigation has taken place.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Supervision of 3rd parties
  • reconciliation of weekly wastage reports
  • reconciliation of weekly PSI checks
  • Management of held stock
  • Full investigation and reconciliation of full monthly reports from all 3rd parties.
  • Ensure adherence to all CARM requirements.
  • Managing stock sent for destruction.
  • Visiting 3rd parties to carry out PSI checks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to build effective and flexible relationships within the operational and admin areas delivering shared objectives
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the plant
  • Sound decision making skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of training others on the paperwork and systems.
  • Good SAP and MS Excel knowledge.
  • Experience of working in a logistics environment
  • Stock management background including knowledge of FIFO etc.
  • Microsoft systems including extensive Excel knowledge.
  • CARM awareness preferential
  • Understanding of site strategy.
  • Commitment to training
  • Proactive approach to challenges
  • Understanding of own area and shows an interest in other areas of the business
  • Gains respective from a broader spectrum
  • Good interpersonal skills, influential with peer group and team leaders
  • Displays evidence of an active interest in product quality and customer requirements
  • Prepared to promote own ideas in the face of feedback/disagreement.
