As the new Sales Manager, you will oversee 14 branches across Plymouth and Mid Cornwall, nurturing and developing outstanding individuals already in the team and expanding it further.

Consideration will also be given to applications from candidates with relevant experience seeking their next career step. You will recruit for, manage, and develop a team of 9 Mortgage & Protection Consultants with varied experience across several successful Fulfords/Millers and Stratton Creber Branches.

You will be financially rewarded for your team's success in exceeding sales targets in line with the standard Mortgage Manager's remuneration scheme. Applicants must hold the full mortgage qualification and have Financial Services Experience.

Successful Regional Sales Managers in our business prioritize people as our greatest asset. They train, develop, and attract the best future talent, leading by example with sound judgment, commercial awareness, and creating a sense of pride within their team.

You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day target setting and sales performance, delivering longer-term sales forecasts, and attraction/retention plans to Senior Managers within the business.
