What you'll do:

• Lead, train & develop a team of Mortgage Consultants
• Recruit top talent & build a high-performing team
• Collaborate with Estate Agency & New Homes teams
• Ensure compliance & deliver excellent customer service
• Foster continuous improvement & personal growth

Who we're looking for:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Leadership and management experience.
• Strong product knowledge & team management skills
• Motivated, results-driven & customer-focused
