As a Mortgage Sales Executive, we are looking for someone to:
- Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
- Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
- Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the brokers and in terms of the market, helping the account managers to identify new opportunities.
- Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
- Present a professional image of the company to deliver a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.
- Manage new/existing relationships, promoting the company's products and services to immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners.
Qualifications
Essential
- Mortgage Experience is a must
- Telephony Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker
- Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls and managing inboxes/emails
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
- Strong objection handling and problem solving skills
