Mortgage Advisor

Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring suitable advice is provided in a professional and customer focussed manner which meets customer expectations and delivers positive customer outcomes. To deliver an outstanding service to existing and new customers.

As a Mortgage Advisor, we are looking for someone to:

• Provide an excellent advised mortgage service so that the most suitable advice is given and a positive customer experience is received throughout
• Be a point of escalation for teams across the business to refer customers to and where specialist regulated advice for a customer is in the customer's best interests
• Accurately assess and analyse individual customer needs and circumstances so that the required information is obtained and recorded to provide a suitable recommendation
• Accurately assess customer documentation, applications and affordability for customers so that business is conducted within the prescribed lending policy and criteria
• Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers to achieve customer goals and to ensure a seamless advice and application process is delivered, which results in positive customer outcomes
• Be proactive with continual professional development of the Regulated Mortgage market and wider industry to allow for identification of where Together's products may not be the best outcome for the customer

Qualifications

Essential

• CeMAP or equivalent recognised qualification
• Proven track record of providing advice within a regulated customer service environment
• Able to understand, interpret and explain complex information, including financial information to enable the customer to understand the recommendations being made to them
• Excellent compliance record with a detailed understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
