The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Monitisation Manager to define and implement the TikTok LIVE Gifting strategy across all EU Gift Panels, focusing on Creator Monetisation. This role is crucial for driving the adoption of gifting features and enhancing the monetisation experience for our creators.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive gifting strategy tailored to each European country to increase gifting adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Campaigns, Partnerships, and Marketing, to create and promote on-platform gifting events and moments.
- Utilize data analytics and insights from creator interviews to innovate and launch new gifting options that resonate with our audience.
- Leverage various marketing channels to expand the reach of the gifting panel and attract new audiences.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Significant experience in monetisation, preferably within the tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective strategies based on thorough analysis of data and market trends.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in at least one other European language is desirable to communicate with EU creators and agencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Background in the live-streaming, gaming, or technology industries.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
