Role Overview
Role Overview
You'll lead our Monetisation efforts across our products, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial success and growth trajectory of our diverse portfolio of games. You will define and execute our strategy. This includes areas such as revenue growth, player engagement and retention, performance analysis, as well as compliance and risk management. You will collaborate with the product and UA teams in order to prioritize monetisation opportunities based on key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement and monitor the game's monetisation strategy to maximize player conversion and revenues using Acquisition and Retention levers
- Define in-game item pricing, identify potential sales drivers, launch innovative monetisation offers and features (i.e. subscriptions, virtual goods, social monetisation) and optimize the monetisation flow and consumer experience for the players, maintaining the integrity of the vision for the game
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the gaming industry to inform monetisation and game economy strategies
- Work in close collaboration with game designers to identify, design and implement new features and items to improve user conversion, retention and monetisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, game design, analytics, and marketing, to ensure effective execution of monetisation and game economy strategies
- Collaborate with BI & financial planning teams to measure, analyze and forecast the performance and revenues of the game's monetized content
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for monetisation.
- Provide monetisation and item sales reporting and communicate information on key performance indicators (KPIs) to interested teams
- Conduct and communicate competition and market watch to stay on the edge of the industry's monetisation practices and trends

- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics such as revenue, engagement metrics, and lifetime value of players

- High level of discretion and integrity, handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism
