About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong track record in building and delivering highly effective product marketing strategies for AI and SaaS businesses.

You will be a bridge between Marketing and Product to help us effectively clarify and articulate features and capabilities, across a variety of materials and audiences and take highly technical information and turn it into compelling and marketable materials.

You will advocate for the voice of the customer to all stakeholders, developing an in-depth understanding of our customers' needs and experiences, and working closely with the wider marketing, product and business development teams.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Develop and build concise and effective product messaging and marketing materials to set our products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
  • Produce high quality sales collateral and other product marketing documentation, including product definitions, SaaS sales decks, technical sales decks etc.
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the business development team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different teams
  • Support the Head of Corporate Communications in briefing media, analysts and other external stakeholders about new products.
  • Work closely with our UX team to obtain insights into customers' usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
  • Agree timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with product management, engineering or manufacturing departments.
  • Use market research data to establish product pricing.
  • Support content development such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.

What skills, experience, and qualifications do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Excellence in product marketing: set and maintain the highest possible standards for our product marketing strategy and delivery to exceed expectations and deliver value.
  • A solid understanding of automotive engineering, ideally within design and development, to help develop and enhance our value proposition.
  • Customer skills: embody our core value of 'Delight every customer' with everything that you deliver.
  • Collaborative skills: you will need to collaborate effectively with multiple teams across the business, including customer success, product, marketing, engineering, and senior executives, celebrating differences and acting as one.
  • Communication skills: The ability to write to a high standard is crucial. You will have the ability to present new solutions and write engaging product copy, telling the 'story' of our product, across various marketing channels.
  • Research skills: work with User Reseearch to gain insights into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.
  • Sustainability-driven: understand and advocate for a sustainability-led approach to product delivery and impact.
  • Creativity: take a creative approach to problem solving, being bold with new ideas and thinking.
