Description

We have an exciting opportunity available at the University.

We are looking for an MIS Manager to join the Management Information Systems team within the Human Resources department. This role will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, strategically driven HR systems and data services to the University, ensuring that HR systems are fit for purpose.

You will be responsible for the provision of staff data returns and reporting e.g. HESA return. Supporting a culture of continuous improvement, best practice and development in line with the university strategic aims, the successful candidate will drive a culture of data excellence, ensuring high quality data integrity and reporting to support business processes, management information reporting and associated forecasting.

You will be educated to Degree level or have equivalent professional experience in a systems lead role, along with significant experience of working with HR information systems and associated reporting systems in a similar role.
