JOB DESCRIPTION -

Minor Works Manager The role is based from home and will require regular travel to the Company's offices in London and Milton Keynes, as well as Customer Sites. Reports to the Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The Minor Works Manager will be responsible for delivering effective and profitable outcomes within the Support and Projects Department. This will include completing Quotes and Minor Works, under a value of £10k. Business systems will be well-utilised by the Minor Works Manager, facilitating accurate monthly reporting of their commercial activity.

Sales opportunities and Minor Works will be delegated to the Minor Works Manager, by others (Support Manager, Contract Administrators, Engineers etc). The Minor Works Manager will also build and maintaining strong Customer relationships and target their own sales opportunities.

Quotations & Sales Opportunities:

* Complete all aspects of Minor Works Quotation (<£10k).

o Review of initial enquiry, to assess that Minor Works criteria is met.

o Estimation of the Minor Works required, using established bid tools and business systems.

o Submittal of Quotation, recording the chance-of-sale, and subsequent Customer follow-ups.

o Transition from Quotation to Minor Works, in accordance with established Quality Procedures.

Minor Works Delivery:

* Deliver all aspects of Minor Works, from sales conversion to Customer handover. o Correct establishment of Minor Works, in accordance with established Quality Procedures and standard Company administration.

o Health & Safety responsibility for staff and subcontractors, throughout the duration of the works. o Communication and coordination with all Minor Works Stakeholders.

o Deliver all design, installation, engineering, and associated preliminaries. The Minor Works Manager may "self-deliver" some aspects if they possess the engineerskills. They may also deploy and manage alternative resources,such as staff engineers or subcontractors.

o Responsibility for the profitable delivery of Minor Works, along with the timely issuance of Customer invoices.
