Capgemini is looking for a Senior software engineer able to cover both the developer and technical architect roles.

Your role
• You will work in a culture that delivers some of the biggest and most exciting IT programmes globally all built on a MS platform. You'll be working with multiple teams of specialists covering the full MS stack. Our clients are moving to an online model, and this will give you the opportunity to on work on assignments the market is still catching up to. With our clients based across the UK and beyond you'll never have a dull moment or find yourself short of challenges
• You will own low-level solution design of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. Responsibility regarding security, accessibility, and performance of a solution to ensure safety and scalability is achievable.
• Design and implement elegant D365FO customisations that fit the customer requirements and are scalable, reliable and reusable.
• Design and implement the integration architecture and interfaces required on full Microsoft stack project implementations.
• You will actively contribute the grow and capabilities of the Capgemini D365FO offer, exploring integration with new technologies like MS cloud for sustainability or AI.
• You will contribute the expansion of the Capgemini delivery team lending your skills and knowledge to strengthening the already outstanding delivery standard and you will support recruitment activities as well
Your skills and experience
• Experience in full cycle implementation for Microsoft ERP in 3 - 4 different project types / sector areas.
• Ability to lead, support and grow the developer team
• Outstanding development skills with X++ and familiarity with .NET technologies.
• Extensive familiarity and knowledge of the Unified Developer Experience and Git source version control
• Development and extension any internal D365FO framework (SysOperations, Form Letter, Address Book, Number Sequence, Process Automation, HR, Dimensions ...)
• Development of ISV solutions
• Experience with software unit testing using the ATL framework.
• Agile project methodologies and project management skills.

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
