Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring timely, high-quality sample analysis.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017, and client-specific requirements.
- Manage laboratory resources effectively, including scheduling, inventory, and equipment.
- Drive innovation through method development and validation in partnership with technical experts.
- Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and risk protocols.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in a biological/chemical discipline or significant experience managing a high-throughput lab.
- Technical expertise in laboratory analysis and procedures, especially in food testing.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for motivating teams and fostering growth.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LIMS, and laboratory management systems.
