How you'll make a difference
We are currently looking to recruit an MI Reporting Manager within our Delivery Management Office (DMO) for our Core replacement programme. The role is instrumental in underpinning senior leadership conversations on the delivery of the Core programme by consolidating and analysing data from across the programme and producing insightful data driven reporting to Stakeholders and governance forums. You will drive insights from the data and report on the progress of the programme and any dependencies working across 13-14 squads.
We are looking for someone who is analytical and has strong stakeholder and senior leadership engagement skills who can communicate and report on the progress of our Core programme.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Strong experience in MI, reporting or business intelligence roles within large scale transformation programmes.
- Strong proficiency in JIRA & Confluence.
- Solid understanding and practical application of SAFe methodology.
- Strong experience with data visualisation tools including Power BI to develop dashboards and visualisations across multiple data sets.
- Exceptional attention for detail, setting and driving data standards and best practice
- Solid experience of providing metrics and data driven insights.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights consumed by different levels of Stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience of engaging with multiple, distributed teams to extrapolate information and translate into material consumable by senior leadership.
